Erik was extremely professional. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail.
He removed the Culligan water softener after deciding it was the culprit for my plumbing issues. In all honesty, I believe $850 to remove it (took about 1 1/2 hours) was exorbitant. Having said that, Erik was an absolute delight to deal with.

I had a complimentary evaluation done by Michael R. today. And he was thorough. He must've taken 100 photos and took the time to explain his concerns. I like that he called before arriving, so his communication was awesome.

The technician that came to do my overall house plumbing inspection was so thorough, courteous, and professional. Great attention to detail with photographs showing all the issues that he discovered. After the inspection was complete he sat and explained all his findings, went over all the cost estimates, it was very very informative. I would highly recommend their services.

Brando was very professional. He explained the reason for the service, and requested access prior to getting on my roof. He checked back in when the job was complete, letting me know everything was in good shape and functioning as it should.
